Disability Benefits
Wyandot BHN provides Short-Term Disability (STD) at no cost to you to provide income protection to employees in the event of personal illness, injury (non-work related), serious health condition, or accident.
It is available in conjunction with a qualified/approved Family Medical Leave (FML) and only after all accrued Sick, Vacation, and Floating Holiday time has been used.
To be eligible employees must have completed 6 months of continuous service and be a full-time or part-time employee working 30+ hours per week.
