Parental Leave
Wyandot BHN will provide up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of their child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care.
The paid parental leave will be concurrent with Family & Medical Leave (FML) and Short-Term Disability (STD) as applicable.
To be eligible employees must have completed 6 months of continuous service and be a full-time or part-time employee working 30+ hours per week.
